LabShelf is a piece of software you download and run inside your own Google account. The short version: we can't see your data, because there's no server to see it from.

What we collect when you buy

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you buy LabShelf, Lemon Squeezy collects your email, billing details, and payment info to complete the sale and send you the download. We receive your email and order summary so we can deliver the product and respond to support requests. What the landing page collects

Nothing. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the Tailwind stylesheet loads from a CDN — those services see your IP address when the page loads, as they would for any site using them.

What the app collects

Once you install LabShelf into your own Google Sheet, all inventory data, orders, feed posts, user emails, and passwords live in your Google Drive, under your Google account. Nothing is transmitted to us. We have no database, no logs, no copy of your lab's data. We literally cannot retrieve it on your behalf, and we cannot hand it over to anyone else.

Email from us

We only use your email for:

• Delivering the product after purchase
• Replying if you write to support
• Occasional update notices when a new version of LabShelf ships (you can opt out of these)

We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the email we hold for you at any time. Because we don't have your lab's data, there's nothing else on our side to export or delete — that all lives in your Drive and is under your control.
